Beyond its action on the tides, fertility or feminine behavior, in popular traditions the lunar influence had a dark and evil side. Although the light of the Moon mitigated the dangers and uncertainties of the night, a widespread belief held it responsible for numerous disorders in nature and the appearance of threats of a magical nature.
It is under the sign of the full Moon, when its effect is most intense, that the metamorphosis of the werewolves becomes effective and all kinds of demonic and fantastic creatures emerge.
This choleric sketch comically collects the universe of goblins and creatures that emerge under the umbrella of the full Moon.
