Signed on the back in ink: Juan de Ribera [Juan Antonio de Ribera y Fernández, 1779-1860]. On the back in ink: Fabian Bisbal and cut text where it appears that it is a “pass” with authorship and date.

The Academy of San Fernando preserves some drawings that copy this plaster model. A drawing by Pedro Laureano Esteban, also signed by Juan de Ribera, stands out: Ref.: P-500.]
