As we speak, the envious time runs away… Horacio wrote. And that perception of fugitive time, of the brevity and transience of life, has been a source of artistic inspiration throughout the centuries. A source that is far to be exhausted, as shown by the work of the Asturian artist Isabel Cuadrado (Oviedo, 1965) presented in this exhibition in contrast to the graphic work of other artists of the past, anonymous or great masters such as Martin de Vos, Goya , Piranesi, Hogarth, Daumier or Stephano della Bella, among others. Thematic continuity and different artistic and conceptual proposals that dialogue with each other.
