In times not so remote, night was the time entrusted to carry out activities that were not pleasant in the eyes of the citizens.

One of them was the collection and transfer of the deceased to the outskirts of the cities where the burial took place, often with expeditious methods. The moonlight, so warm in other circumstances, takes on a sinister look when it comes to illuminating these disastrous scenes.
