FRANCISCO DE GOYA Y LUCIENTES (1746-1828)
This print, along with four others – among them the Viejo columpiándose (Old Man Swinging) couple – is part of a series of loose works, believed to have been made by Goya shortly after the series Los Disparaes, in the town of Bordeaux (1824-1828).
First printing, made by John Savile Lumley in the Calcografía Nacional, 1859.
Etching on laid paper with filigree.
Good condition. Wide margins.
